Golden Globe Awards 2012
Bringing their comedic talents front and center for one of the biggest nights in film, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler have been chosen to host the 70th annual Golden Globe Awards.
Explaining their choice, executive producers of the show made the following statement: “It’s exciting to have two of the most respected names in comedy. Amy and Tina’s well known chemistry along with their spontaneity and glamour makes them a perfect fit for the Golden Globes.”

The “Up in the Air” actor took the stage at Sunday’s awards show, holding a cane by his side and making a joke at the expense of his “Fight Club” friend, who has been in need of the assistance since injuring his knee on a ski slope.
