Eva Longoria: Car Crash Case Put to Rest

Two years ago she found herself in a car accident that was allegedly her fault, but Eva Longoria has finally settled the whole thing without going to trial.

The former “Desperate Housewives” actress reportedly came to an agreement with plaintiff Roman Gasparyan, whom she crashed into on Hollywood Boulevard.

Hence, the trial that was supposed to begin on August 15th will no longer take place, and Eva can stop having to worry about the unfortunate incident.

Longoria paid Gasparyan an undisclosed amount of money to keep the case away from court, and the announcement was made late last week.
