After her privacy was completely violated during a hotel room camera scandal, Erin Andrews has refiled a $10 million lawsuit.
The ESPN reporter was videotaped nude through a peephole in her Nashville hotel in 2008 and resubmitted the suit to be sure the statute of limitations did not run out.
The emotionally scarred 33-year-old is asking $6 million from the West End Marriott (plus costs and interests) and another $4 million from Michael Barrett, the man who plead guilty to stalking her.
In 2010, Barrett was sentenced to two and a half years in federal prison and the Marriott has yet to comment about the suit.
