Spending time in the Big Apple, Ellen Pompeo was spotted out for lunch at Gemma restaurant in New York City this afternoon (May 3).

Joined by her stylist pal Harry Josh, the Meredith Grey actress and her friend had a good laugh together as they got caught in a downpour - leading to a mad dash to get a little shelter.

Meanwhile, you can catch Ellen and the "Grey's Anatomy" gang in an all-new episode titled "How Insensitive" airing on ABC on Thursday (May 6) at 9/8C.
