Ellen and Portia DeGeneres: Late Show Lovers

Looking oh-so-happy together per the usual, Ellen Degeneres and Portia de Rossi were spotted in New York City on Tuesday (September 7).

The comedic TV show host and her “Arrested Development” wife held hands and smiled for press outside the Ed Sullivan Theatre ahead of Ellen’s Top Ten appearance on the “Late Show with David Letterman.”

Shortly after her visit with Dave, Ellen headed over to New York’s Broadway Theatre for a surprise cameo as a nurse in the musical revival of “Promises, Promises.”

DeGeneres will air the footage from the Broadway show on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” next Wednesday, following the series' season-eight premiere on Monday.
