Elle Macpherson & Roger Jenkins' Romantic Malibu Stroll

Soaking up the Malibu sun, Elle MacPherson walked along the tropical streets with boyfriend Roger Jenkins on Saturday (August 11).

"The Body" brought out her inner hippie in a sleeveless white top, beaded necklaces, white pants, and several bracelets as she smiled at cameras.

It seems the 49-year-old model turned businesswoman has reason to smile. She's just been given leave to appeal a Manx court's decision in her multi-million pound case with Iceland's Kaupthing bank.

In a nutshell, the bank refused to use her company's deposit in the bank to offset her mortgage owed to the bank for a house in London, even though the company, Light House Living, is owned by Macpherson.
