With a great cast and a killer concept, “The Day the Earth Stood Still” is a fantastic remake of the original 1951 sc-fi classic. And earlier today cast members Keanu Reeves, Jaden Smith, and Jennifer Connelly were in Tokyo, Japan for the big premiere.
The “Matrix” stud donned a patchy beard and a dark suit as he addressed the audience at Roppongi Hills along with his “Labyrinth” costar and Will Smith’s son.

Always one to turn heads wherever she goes, Jennifer Connelly caused a fan frenzy as she visited CBS Studios for a taping of "The Late Show with David Letterman" on Monday night (December 8).
The Oscar-winning actress is currently on the talk show circuit as she promotes her new movie, "The Day The Earth Stood Still," which hits theaters this Friday (December 12).
