David Cook’s CD Release Night

He’s the reigning American Idol, and yesterday David Cook was in Times Square, New York City to promote the release of his debut album.

The “Light On” singer/songwriter teamed up with the Times Square Virgin Megastore and Hard Rock Café New York for a special fan event, including a live performance.

Fans lined up yesterday morning at 8am to purchase Cook’s self-titled release at the Virgin Megastore, and received wristbands to attend the exclusive concert at HRC, held last night.

Immediately following his show, David graciously attended to the throng of autograph-seeking fans, smiling and posing for pics all night.
