The event, which took place at Mr.C and was held in part to celebrate the relaunch of NYLON TV’s channel, was hosted by none other than September cover girl and “Glee” starlet Lea Michele.

Gearing up for a fun-filled night full of surfboards and celebrities, Colton Haynes was on hand for this year’s 2012 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday evening (July 22).
