After living an extremely fulfilling and admirable life in the entertainment business, Celeste Holm has died at age 95.
The Broadway starlet who became a household name after her role in "Oklahoma" passed away in her New York City apartment on Sunday (July 15). Celeste had recently been hospitalized for dehydration as well as a heart attack and had reportedly been suffering from heart and other ailments.
The beautiful actress that had a career spanning for more than half of a century not only starred on Broadway, the small screen and the big screen, but also won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress in "Gentlemen’s Agreement."
Holm was married five times during her lifetime including her final marriage to opera singer Frank Basile, who survives her along with her two sons and three grandchildren.
