Stepping out for a fun-filled evening, Whitney Port was spotted at Us Weekly’s 25 Most Stylish New Yorkers celebration last night (September 16).

The “City” cutie looked lovely as she arrived at Avenue, sporting a halter-style graphite-colored minidress teamed with a pair of black ankle boot heels.

In related news, Whitney recently debuted her new Whitney Eve collection at the Bryant Park tents of Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week.

Port told press, “I really wanted to bring a level of sophistication along with a fun, cocktail sexy vibe.” Following the show, Whitney partied in SoHo to celebrate her big day.
