Treating herself to some retail therapy, Whitney Port was spotted shopping in the West Village of New York City yesterday (February 18).

Joined by gal pal Roxy Olin, the “City” star stopped into several boutiques while sporting a winter coat and hat and carrying a massive handbag.

In related news, Whitney has been spending plenty of quality time with Ben Nemtin and they’ve now announced that they’re officially an item.

Miss Port and her “Buried Life” beau met up at the New York Fashion Week tents at Bryant Park during MTV’s Upfronts event.
