Victoria Beckham: Hotel Designer?

Adding on to her list of accomplishments, Victoria Beckham was offered almost $50 million to design a luxury hotel in Dubai.

The fashion icon was approached by ruler of Dubai, Shei Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, who hoped she would add her opinion and views after meeting Victoria and David in the Gulf last summer.

The hotel will of course be a fashion-themed island which will be called Isla Moda off the coast. “Even in these credit-crunched times, the fee offered to Victoria was astronomical. She was absolutely stunned,” a source said.

The 34 year-old beauty has not decided if she’s on board or not yet, but if she does accept, she will work with Karl Lagerfeld.
