Vanessa Hudgens Lawsuit Lurches On

It’s hard to believe that anyone would want to sue Vanessa Hudgens. She’s cute, pleasant, and mega-successful. Nevermind, people like that ALWAYS have jerks trying to get money from them.

And yesterday, the High School Musical hottie took some time out of her stressful life to have lunch with her mother Gina in Toluca Lake.

It seems that Nessa’s former lawyer is going through with his $150,000 lawsuit against her. However, Hudgens is proving that she’s more than just some dumb babe with an acting career.

As Exhibit A, Vanessa is entering her hospital birth certificate, complete with her baby footprints, into evidence. Her contention is that she was only 16 years old when she signed the contract with Brian L. Schall (her former attorney) and therefore wasn’t a responsible adult.

Meanwhile, Schall is claiming that he helped get Hudgens’ career started, and wants $150,000 plus assorted fees for his time.

These two will have to settle this in court, as a date has been set for December 5th. We’ll keep you updated.
