Celebrating her 21st birthday, Vanessa Hudgens attended a business meeting at a local office building in Beverly hills, California on Monday (December 14).

In quite the cheerful mood, the "House School Musical" hottie was looking sexy in a see-through flower blouse paired with black skinny jeans and heels.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Vanessa and boyfriend Zac Efron spent the previous day doing a little pre-birthday shopping as evidenced by Miss Hudgens’ big yellow bag from Planet Blue.

Prior to that, Zanessa hit up the uber-hip Ammo Café where they grabbed some grub with Vanessa’s gal pals Emily Browning and Carla Gugino.
