Uma Thurman: Gearing Up for Medusa Role

Getting some day’s duties done, Uma Thurman was spotted out in New York City on Thursday (February 4).

With her headphones in and cell phone in hand, the “Kill Bill” actress played it cool when the paparazzi showed up as she strolled toward a vehicle before hopping in.

In other news, Uma has taken on a role different from any others - she plays the mythological Greek monster, Medusa, in the upcoming “Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief.”

"She's someone who's so sensual and seductive," filmmaker Chris Columbus says, "that you'll look into her eyes and forget that she has 75 snakes on her head."
