Tom Sizemore: Spousal Battery Arrest

Rebellious actor Tom Sizemore has gotten into some trouble –as he has been charged with spousal battery after his arrest for an alleged assault on a woman during an argument that took place on August 5.

The Saving Private Ryan actor was arrested and booked on a charge of misdemeanor domestic violence after the late night incident in L.A.

He will face charges that include one count of spousal battery and the identity of the woman he is being accused of assaulting is still not known.

As a result, Sizemore is staring down 12-months jail time and a huge fine if found guilty. He has previously been convicted of beating a woman, where he was found guilty of assuaulting ex-girlfriend

Heidi Fleiss, in 2003. He was also arrested in May this year for an outstanding warrant for drug charges.
