Tila Tequila Settles with Shawne Merriman

Caught up in legal woes, Tila Tequila and Shawne Merriman are trying to get their lawsuit settled.

The “Shot of Love” star filed her case in November for assault, battery, false imprisonment and emotional distress towards the San Diego Chargers athlete.

Tila had also accused Merriman of grabbing her and choking her, then throwing her down during an altercation that occurred in September.

Shawne sued Tila for intentional interference with a contract, because he felt her accusations caused a business deal to fail that involved producing T-shirts for Wal-Mart.

Tila's lawyer, Cyrus Nownejad, has informed that lawsuits have been settled, but terms are confidential.
