Tiger Woods Gets Dropped By AT&T
Adding to his woes following his much-talked-about affair scandal, Tiger Woods has been removed from his sponsorship by AT&T.
Just one day after the golf great's 34th birthday, the communications giant joined Gillette, Tag Heuer and Accenture in distancing themselves from Woods.
Giving no reason as the announcement was made, AT&T reps said that the company was in the process of "evaluating" their business relationship with Tiger.
Meanwhile, a recent study tells that the Tiger Woods scandal had a negative impact on associated businesses to the effect of $12 billion.
"Total shareholder losses may exceed several decades' worth of Tiger Woods' personal endorsement income," professor Victor Stango told the NY Daily News.
