Stephanie Pratt Raises Money for Haiti Relief

Pitching in on the relief efforts, Stephanie Pratt hosted a pre-Grammy party at H Wood in Hollywood, California on Friday night (January 29).

Benefiting the American Red Cross efforts for Haitian Earthquake Relief, the "Hills" hottie blew kisses for the camera as she posed in the arrivals area before tending to her hosting duties.

Clearly excited to be doing her part for such a good cause, Miss Pratt enthusiastically tweeted, "Let's raise money!!!!"

Aside from hosting charity fetes, Stephanie has been busy getting to work on an all-new season of "The Hills" airing later this year.
