Sophie Monk is Moving On

When it comes to getting over a break-up, staying busy is the key. And Sophie Monk seems to be focusing her attention on staying in shape.

The Aussie model/singer was spotted out and about in Los Angeles, California yesterday as she was getting in her daily workout walk. She looked svelte in a black tank top/sports bra combo with black spandex pants and running shoes.

Since her relationship with Benji Madden dissolved, Sophie has been up front about how it all went down, especially in light of his new relationship with Paris Hilton.

Monk told press, "Let me make this as plain as possible, Benji did not leave me for Paris Hilton. Benji and I did not break up badly or anything like that. We both decided as adults our relationship had run its course and decided to move on. I feel no animosity toward Benji and Paris at all and am very happy with life at the moment."
