Reaching another milestone in her life, Sophie Monk was spotted visiting Nova 96.9 radio station on her 30th birthday in Sydney, Australia on Monday (December 14).

The blonde beauty toted a cake in her arms, making a few faces for paparazzi as she gears up for her duties as a guest presenter for Nova over the summer break.

Meanwhile, the Herald Sun reports that Miss Monk spent the previous day ringing in the big 3-0 with a five hour lunch at The Ivy.

Joined by a group of friends, Sophie amassed a stack of gifts at the midday fete, with insiders telling that John Singleton "picked up the bill" while Sophie's plastic surgeon beau was nowhere to be seen.
