Sienna Miller: Insecure About Her Body

Stepping out for a night on the town, Sienna Miller turned up at Groucho club in London on Thursday evening (June 11).

Clad in a pretty plaid dress, the "Layer Cake" cutie is enjoying a little time off before the summer release of her new movie "GI Joe".

Meanwhile, Sienna recently chatted with press about how she has tried her best to ease up on her sweets consumption to help keep the pounds off.

Miss Miller tells, “I do stop myself from eating chocolate cake, and I make a joke that I should just stick it on my bum because that’s where it’s going."

She adds, "But I will then eat the chocolate cake and then … I have definite insecurities about my body. I’m small but I’m not firm anymore.”
