Sarah Michelle Gellar Celebrates Ivy Anniversary
She’s pretty particular about public appearances anymore, but last night Sarah Michelle Gellar was spotted glamming it up at the Ivy Hotel’s anniversary celebration.
The “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” babe kept it classy in a black spaghetti strap cocktail dress teamed with funky black peep-toe heels and a blinging bangle bracelet as she mingled with a guest list including Kiefer Sutherland and hotel co-owner Loise Kelly.
And it sounds like Sarah Michelle may be returning to television if her new “The Wonderful Maladys” pilot gets picked up by HBO.
“The Wonderful Maladys” centers on “the sometimes-messy lives of three siblings, whose parents died when they were young and who have therefore relied on one another growing up.” Gellar’s character, according to writer Charles Randolph, has “a kind of zealous immaturity- like a drug addict with a to-do list.”
