Ryan Seacrest's Stalker Faces Felony Charges

Coming as welcome news for "American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest, a man who made an undesired appearance at E! Headquarters carrying a knife last week has been charged with felony stalking.

Breaking reports tell that Chidi Uzomah Jr. will be arraigned on Tuesday for the stalking count, also racking up two misdemeanors as a result of his unwillingness to heed previous court orders banning him from coming near Seacrest.

Meanwhile, Orange County prosecutors are still trying to determine whether Uzomah Jr. has violated his previous sentence as a result of his most recent actions.

Still in police custody, Seacrest's alleged stalker face up to four years in prison if convicted of his three new charges.
