Rihanna: Yet to File Charges Against Chris Brown

As the Chris Brown/Rihanna saga continues, it has been reported that the “Take a Bow” songstress is still yet to file charges against her abusive boyfriend.

And as far as the police’s ability to pursue criminal charges against the “Kiss Kiss” crooner, a Los Angeles District Attorney spokesperson revealed, "We do not have enough evidence and there have been no charges filed on the Chris Brown case."

The spokesperson continued, "If the state gathers up enough evidence, we will press charges with or without her testifying. It is not up to the victim."
