Randy Quaid and Wife Skip Out on Court

Not helping their cause one bit, Randy Quaid and his wife Evi did not show up for court…again.

After missing a court date in Santa Barbara last week, the “Cousin Eddie” actor and his wife were believed to be in court earlier today (October 26), but just a few hours ahead of their arraignment had their attorney inform the court they would not be there today.

Instead, the Quaids said they plan on showing up later in the week, according to Senior Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter.

Carter tells press, "I hope they show up in court later this week. I'm proceeding with the extradition. I'm not holding my breath for them."
