Randy and Evi Quaid Face Arrest Warrants

In Santa Barbara, the Sheriff’s Detectives have obtained a warrant for the arrest of actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi for a criminal investigation.

Earlier in September, Sheriff’s Detectives obtained a complaint that the Quaids did not pay a bill of $10,000 in a local hotel. During the search, detectives determined there wasn’t enough evidence to request a warrant for an arrest.

With circumstances changing, a judge issued the warrant after Sheriff’s Detectives filed a case with the District Attorney’s Office. The bail is set at $20,000 each.

At this time, the couple is not in custody and there have not been any interviews. There is no more information as of now, due to the ongoing nature of the investigation.
