Joined by her mother Janice Stango and a guy pal, the “Last Kiss” actress looked stylish in a black jacket, white scarf, grey top, and black trousers.

In related news, following her trip to Botswana and South Africa late last year, Rachel has stepped up to raise money for student housing at the CIDA City Campus in Johannesburg.

Bilson has designed a new bracelet in conjunction with the Diamond Empowerment Fund, with $20 from each sale going to the charity.
