Always up for a picture perfect photo shoot, Rachel Bilson worked it for the camera during a steamy Craig De Cristo photo session.

The “Jumper” babe looked uber-sexy as she posed for several shots, sometimes wearing only her underwear and tight little tank top.

Currently situated in the Big Apple, Miss Bilson was out just yesterday helping to kick off Target To-Go, a limited time holiday shopping event at New York City’s High Line Park.

Rachel gladly pitched in, handing out gifts to The Salvation Army families and others while spreading some holiday cheer.
