When she’s not working her on-screen magic, Rachel Bilson sure seems to keep busy. And she was spotted all over town yesterday.

The “Last Kiss” babe made quite an impression at the celebration of the New Concept Boutique held at Chanel in Los Angeles.

She sported a sexy black sleeveless multi-textured dress with a ruffly bottom-half, coupled with a pair of studded black heels and sharply-contrasting bright red handbag.

Earlier in the day, the “O.C” hottie was spotted on Hollywood & Vine along with her mother, Janice, for a business meeting, looking much more casual in a white cotton printed dress with a dark denim three-quarter-length blazer.
