Pete Wentz Rocks Pepsi Smash Super Bowl Bash

Getting in on all the Super Bowl fun, Pete Wentz was spotted performing with his band Fall Out Boy at the Pepsi Smash Super Bowl XLIII Bash last night (January 29).

The “I Don’t Care” rocker was in fine form as he took the stage at Tampa, Florida’s Ford Amphitheatre, blasting through a set of hit songs and whipping the crowd into a frenzy.

Regarding his sister-in-law Jessica Simpson's recent beating from the media over her new curvy figure, Pete told press he’s really disappointed in the media and fear for young girls growing up in this atmosphere.

"I think that the media puts too harsh of a spotlight on women in general, and I think it's a bummer. It's bad for young women. I see it affecting young girls who come to our shows, and that's a bummer. Real beauty is on the inside, man."
