Patrick Swayze: Still Holding On

He’s in the fight of his life against pancreatic cancer, and it looks like Patrick Swayze is bound and determined to beat his ailment.

The “Dirty Dancing” stud was spotted leaving a fast food restaurant in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon (July 18) looking a bit worn but still tough. He wore an all-black ensemble complete with a cowboy hat and sunglasses.

Swayze is looking much healthier than his gaunt photos back in April when he was said to be nearing his death. Despite the chemotherapy and other medicines that could be weakening his body, Patrick continues to soldier on.

And according to a report, Swayze is working on his autobiography “The Time of My Life” while spending most of his time resting in his Los Angeles-area home with his wife Lisa.
