Paris Hilton's Going Back To Jail!

Paris Hilton has been ordered back to jail. Taken out of the courtroom screaming, the heiress is returning to her Los Angeles County Jail suite to finish out her sentence.

The real kicker... Paris is not just going to have to finish out her 23 day sentence, as Judge Sauer hit her with her full 45 days in lockup. As reported by Fox News, Hilton left the courtoom in tears, screaming, "It's not riiiigggghhhhtttt," followed by, "Mom, Mom, Mom."

According to TMZ, "One witness described the scene as being physically dragged out of the courtroom by a female deputy."

In the lastest updates, an appeal of the judge's ruling is being drafted right now and will be filed either later today or Monday.
