Paris Hilton Shows Off Her Injured Chin

Paris Hilton displayed a rather nasty looking injury on her chin after falling earlier in the day trying to escape a swarm of paparazzi in Prague.

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, the 27-year-old's presence "led to hysteria amongst photographers clambering to take her picture, with a major fight breaking out amongst rival snappers."

"And after seeking solace in a local restaurant in Prague's famous Staromestska Square, Hilton fell trying to escape the paparazzi as she tried to make her exit from the eatery," reports from the scene tell.

Meanwhile, as she left the Good Charlotte concert at The Congress Centre later that evening, the former Simple Life star endured chaos once again - as bodyguards were forced to get physical, clearing a path for Paris to board the tour bus. So much for a relaxing overseas getaway!
