Paris Hilton Salutes First Ladies of Africa

Taking a night away from her usual companion, boyfriend Doug Reinhardt, Paris Hilton was spotted hamming it up at the First Ladies of Africa Gala last night (April 21).

The “Simple Life” hottie worked it for the cameras in the red carpet arrivals area, sporting a sexy white strapless gown with shimmery heels and some clunky clear jewelry.

In related news, Miss Hilton recently told press that she digs her beau Doug because he can keep up with her fast-paced, travel-intensive lifestyle.

At the Coachella Music Festival this past weekend, Paris gushed, “We literally flew in from London last night and went straight to a party, we totally missed Paul McCartney. It takes a lot to keep up with me and he's just about managing.”
