Carrying on with her busy social engagements abroad, Paris Hilton was spotted leaving her London hotel last night looking sultry.

The “Stars are Blind” babe sported a shiny black pleased back vintage-style evening gown with dark red lipstick and heavy eyeliner.

According to press, earlier this week Paris swapped phone numbers with Prince William during a night out at the Whisky Mist pub.

Partying with William and Harry until the bar closed at 3:15, Paris commented to press, "Don't you love the Princes? They are so hot. I just had to say hi."
