Paris Hilton Cures the Lawsuit Blues

Spending up her hard-earned dough, Paris Hilton was spotted on a retail romp in Aspen, Colorado last night (December 30).

The “Simple Life” babe looked pretty in pink as she hit up Boogie’s boutique, stopping to smile for the paparazzi along the way.

In related news, Miss Hilton is once again finding herself in a legal quagmire, this time over a shoe design similarity.

Gwyneth Shoes is suing Paris for putting a heart-shaped insole pad in her new line of shoes, and they claim she copied the idea from them.

On her website, Hilton wrote, "I personally chose the styling, design, materials and colors for the line and also wanted to make sure it was super-comfortable! Each shoe has a heart-shaped comfort pad sewn in ... so you can dance all night long!"
