Pamela Bach Enters Not Guilty Plea

Facing the consequences of her actions, Pamela Bach was spotted leaving Los Angeles Superior Court house in Van Nuys, California on Thursday morning (January 14).

Joined by her good friend, Gary Smith, the ex-wife of David Hasselhoff was in court for an arraignment following her arrest on suspicion of drunk driving in November of 2009.

According to a source at the courthouse, Miss Bach ended up entering a not guilty plea - as she is facing two counts of DUI stemming from two separate incidents taking place last year.

Pamela is currently wearing a SCRAM device, which is an anklet used to test the skin for alcohol presence, as she awaits her next court date in regards to the DUI charges.
