She’s never one to turn down a publicity opportunity, and last night (October 28) Olivia Palermo was spotted at the GQ Gentlemen’s Ball 2009 in New York City.

The “City” babe was all smiles as she arrived at the Edison Ballroom, sporting a black and navy blue getup as she posed for the paparazzi.

The night before, Olivia was spotted out and about in the Big Apple, enjoying a night out on the town with her hunky beau.

And if you’re looking to score a ‘do like Olivia’s, Senior Sahag stylist Karmela Lozina has just the thing. “Section the hair with clips so you don’t get overwhelmed. I would take vertical sections curling away from the face and spray with workable hairspray, this way you can keep using it and the hair won’t get stiff. The size iron she uses is 1 1/4 inch barrel iron. You can use the T3 iron or you can go less expensive and get Hot Tools, they have the same effect.”
