Nicole Richie Responds to Anorexia Rumors

Taking offense to claims that she once suffered from anorexia, Nicole Richie says that that’s simply not the case.

“It was a little unfair to say someone has an eating disorder when they don’t,” Nicole said during an interview with Marie Claire.

The 28-year-old adds, “It’s extremely insulting and irresponsible. An eating disorder is serious and it’s a disease. I don't think you can lightly say someone has a disease unless they are openly telling you that they do."

As for life as a mother of two since the recent birth of baby Sparrow, Nicole tells, "I'm just one to live in the present and enjoy the time that I'm having. Going into my past is just not something that I do. Right now I'm just living my dreams."
