Nicole Richie: Out in NYC

Gearing up for another fashion-filled day, Nicole Richie was spotted out in Manhattan, New York City today (February 16).

The “Simple Life” starlet looked lovely in a floral dress with a bright red coat overtop as she strolled past the paparazzi on her way to Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week in Bryant Park.

In related news, Nicole confirmed her engagement to fiancé Joel Madden during her interview on “The Late Show with David Letterman.”

Meanwhile, Madden took to his Twitter page to declare the news. “Yep. I’m engaged. Very happy. Yeah, we’ve been engaged for a while so you’re all kind of late on that. But thanks for the hoopla all the same.”
