Nicole Richie and Joel Madden: House Hunters

Now that they’re a real bona fide family, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are thinking about a new homestead. And they were spotted checking out some potential abodes yesterday in Los Angeles, California.

The “Good Charlotte” rocker and his “Simple Life” sweetie peeped a few properties, then headed over to a sushi restaurant to satisfy their appetites.

And it sounds like Nicole has renewed her appetite for reality television, as she’s recently announced that she wants to star in a new show.

It seems she’s been pitching a program that would center around her traveling the country in search of the next Nicole Richie. With Paris Hilton working on her new reality show, it looks like someone’s a bit jealous!
