Nicole Richie and Joel Madden Confirm Engagement!

Enjoying some time away from their parental duties, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were spotted out in New York City last night (February 15).

The “Simple Life” babe and her rocker beau looked lovely as they hit up Abe and Arthur’s restaurant for some delicious dinner.

During her interview on “The Late Show with David Letterman,” Nicole confirmed her engagement to Mr. Madden.

And Joel tweeted, “Yep. I’m engaged. Very happy. Yeah, we’ve been engaged for a while so you’re all kind of late on that. But thanks for the hoopla all the same.”
