Nicole Kidman Gets to Work in Rome

Ready to get down to work on her new movie, Nicole Kidman headed straight to her hotel upon arriving to Rome, Italy on Tuesday (January 28).

According to a source in the know, the "Eyes Wide Shut" actress left about an hour later as she made her way over to the set of "Nine," where she joined co-star Daniel Day-Lewis.

The pair proceeded to log the long hours, filming a scene involving paparazzi as they left Cinecitta film studios in a blue Alfa Romeo convertible.

As for "Nine," the Rob Marshall directed film tells the tale of "Famous film director Guido Contini, who struggles to find harmony in his professional and personal lives as he engages in dramatic relationships with his wife, his mistress, his muse, his agent, and his mother."

The movie makes its way into theaters on Thanksgiving Day (November 25, 2009).
