Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman: "Australia" in NYC

While the entertainment world is fixated on the American Music Awards going down in Los Angeles, Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman snuck out for a screening of their new movie "Australia" in midtown New York City on Sunday night (November 23).

The Aussie co-stars have been in the Big Apple as they continue promotions leading up to the film's release this Wednesday (November 26).

Besides having “Australia” hitting theaters nationwide next Wednesday (November 26), Hugh was just recently named People magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive.

Since being bestowed the "Sexiest Man Alive" honor, Jackman has been humble, though his wife said she saw it coming. Hugh told press, “[She said] ‘I could’ve told them that years ago!’ And then she said, ‘Obviously, Brad wasn’t available this year.’ And I said, ‘That was a joke, right?’”
