Nadya Suleman Needs Help
She’s one baby away from having all 14 children at home and Nadya “Octomom” Suleman is thinking about applying for food stamps once again.
The unemployed “Octomom” used to receive over $400 a month in food stamps, but stopped getting them after she made enough money selling photos and doing video blogs that she could afford a $564,000 home.
Now that she spends about $2,000 per month on baby formula alone, Suleman is not afraid to ask for help. She says, "If I need to apply for [the Women, Infants and Children program] to provide my babies with formula, then I'm going to."
The last of the octuplets has tripled in weight and is getting close to being able to go home.
