Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey Play House

Brace yourselves! Nick Lachey has a live-in girlfriend. For those of you who remember the four seasons of Newlyweds, this could be a bit traumatic.

Nick and his girlfriend of one year, Vanessa Minnillo, have moved into a two-bedroom condominium in the Atelier building in Manhattan. It seems en vogue for couples to move in together as they get closer to marriage... making us wonder if the wedding rumors are indeed true.

Nonetheless, it seems that these two are getting serious. Minnillo has already spoken about wanting to become a mom, along with the desire of having three boys and a little girl!

Minnillo told People: "I want to bring three boys up to be good men in this world and then one little girl ... I always say I want three boys and a girl but at the end of the day I just want healthy kids."

It also sounds like Nick is still up to his utilitarian ways. A source told People,"Nick carried the huge boxes while Vanessa helped with the small ones. They were soaked."
