She’s an international superstar of massive proportions, and earlier today Miley Cyrus was spotted doing some promotion in Berlin, Germany.

The “Hannah Montana” babe looked to be having a marvelous time while hanging out in the German capital while attending a photocall for the release of her album “Breakout.”

Always expressing herself through her unique wardrobe choices, Miley was flirty and fun in a plaid vest overtop a black t-shirt with dark wash jeans and massive boots.

Miss Cyrus has been enjoying all kinds of international travel as of late as she was seen running around England over the weekend.
