Miley Cyrus Signs Up for New Year's Eve Special

Never short on work opportunities, Miley Cyrus has reportedly inked out a deal to take part in a big MTV New Year's special.

According to breaking reports out of ETOnline, "FNMTV Presents: A Miley-Sized Surprise... New Year's Eve 2009" will feature a live performance from the "Hannah Montana" starlet.

The best part of it all, Miss Cyrus will also be surprising one lucky fan by performing her hosting duties for the show from his or her house.

Acting as a great prelude to watching the ball drop in Time Square, the Miley Cyrus special will air live on MTV on Wednesday, December 31 from 8-9:30PM ET.
